The governor of Imo State, Mr. Rochas Okorocha, has approved the appointment of 22 aides into his expanded cabinet.According to a statement released on Saturday, those appointed are a former Vanguard Newspapers Correspondent and presently, the Chief Executive Officer of an Owerri based tabloid (Whitepaper), Mr. Sam Onwuamaedo (Seniour Special Assistant, SSA, Media), Rev. Bumi Babs, SSA Government house chapel, Sonny Chiadi, SSA, Special Duties, Ethelbert Ibeabuchi, SSA Administration, Udo Onwubuo, SSA, Education, Policy and Programes, Prince Nwike, Special Assistant (SA), Political to the Deputy governor, Uche Onwuchekwa, SA Media to the Deputy Governor, Emeka Aji, SA, Special Duties, Alfred Agbonagbo, SA Protocol, Emeka Ihemefor, SA Finance /Administration, Nnenonoforbia Emily, SA Media, Raymond Duru, SA Transport and Chimezie Duru, SA Information Communication and Technology.Others, according to the statement made available to the media, are Iheanyi Kwa, SA Research and statistics, Soronnadi Njoku (immediate past Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice), now appointed Adviser Justice and Fairness, Paddy Obinna, Adviser, Culture, Chuka Amanwuwa, Adviser Inter Governmental institutions, Petroleum and Projects, Emma abu, Executive Assistant, Administration to the Deputy Governor, Linda Chikere, Executive Assistant Public Affiars, Office of the Deputy Governor, Tochi Adaeze, Executive Assistant, Special Duties; and Kelechi Agu, Executive Assistant Administration.
